How do I create two independent boards under one project in Jira Version 7.13?

I have one project, with two separate boards. These boards have different purposes; one is for business one is for deployment. I want these boards to have the same backlog but have two different sprints going on at the same time, but cannot figure out how to do so.

When adding two different boards to a single project, the only way to keep two different Sprints running at the same time would be by allowing parallel Sprint in your Jira site. 

The Parallel sprints feature lets you enable multiple active sprints that are running in parallel with each other. For example, if you have two teams working from the same backlog, each team can now work on their own active sprint simultaneously. Here are the steps to enable it:

  1. Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.
  2. Select  >  Applications, then scroll down the page to the  Jira Software section.
  3. Under Jira Software configuration, select the Parallel Sprints checkbox.
