How do I create personal JIRA template for creating JIRA tickets ?

I have to create lot of JIRA tickets for my project. Every time I create a ticket I need to enter some common information like project , assignees , fixed version, team , sprint etc.

Can I create a personal template for creating JIRA tickets ? this will save my time and pain to enter same data again and again. While creating any ticket the screen loads with default template and I just need to enter JIRA ticket title , description, acceptance criteria etc. ...all other common information is already filled in.

I don't want to clone issue as it creates lot of relations with parent ticket ( cloned by OR clones etc . )

You can try Easy Templates for Jira Issues add-on . It provideas an ability of creating templates, adding subtasks to it and making Jira Issues out of templates.

No configuration required.
