We have an existing Project in JIRA, but I have a new team. I need to create a Kanban board for this specific team only.
Does anyone know how to do this? And what Permission Levels I need? Admin?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
The answer to your question depends on the answer to the following questions.
How do you use teams in that project? Do you have a Teams field?
Are you a Jira Administrator? Are you a Project Administrator for that project?
Is the project a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left.
Are you working with a Jira Standard subscription or a Jira Premium subscription? In the menu bar at the top of the screen, along with Projects, Filters, and Dashboards do you see an option for Plans? If so then you are working with a Jira Premium subscription. If you don't see the Plans option then you are working with a Jira Standard subscription.
