I am using JIRA Server/Data Center 8.4.1. I do not receive notifications when I am mentioned in a JIRA ticket, but no one else on the team is having this issue. I've checked my spam and other email filters, and that doesn't seem to be the issue.
I went through all of the settings in my user profile and searched through the documentation and could not find a setting for this. I see where it is referenced in JIRA cloud documentation. For reference, this is one of the links I went through.
Some folks on my team that are more familiar with JIRA also couldn't figure this out. It seems like a simple thing, but.... Any help is appreciated!
Hi @Matt Mercer
You cannot configure it. A notification will be sent if someone mention you in any ticket as long as you have permission to see this tikcet.
If you do not receive this notification that means something is filtering it outside JIRA or you do not have access to the ticket you are mentioned in.
