How do I clone (exactly) a project in Jira Cloud without using a 3rd party app?

Good day Atlassian We recently migrated to Jira Cloud from the on-prem version and I see with trying to clone a project there are substantial differences. Where it is an easy and quick task in the on-prem version, it is almost an impossibility to clone a project precisely in the Cloud version. Please can you assist me to clone a project exactly like the original one, where I simply change the project name, and then some sub fields as and where I choose.

Hi @Angus Smith

There is no Clone project option ootb in Jira Cloud.

You can create a new project with shared configuration, see documentation (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-a-new-project/ )

The on-prem version didn't have such options as well.

For both counts it needs a 3rd party app to achieve this.
