How do I clone a customized Issue Type configuration from one prj to another?

I am using Team-Managed-Projects.  I have created a project and customized Issue Types = Risk and added new fields to the configuration like Risk Probability / Risk Escalation Type Workstreams etc. 

Now I have created another Team-Managed Project which requires the same Issue type configuration.  I do not see any copy or cloning of issue type configuration.  Can somebody help?  Checked on the Atlassian Forum for similar such quries but looks like I am the only one :)

As discussed when you last asked almost the same thing, team-managed projects have independent configurations.  There's no sharing or copying config,

I agree Team Managed Projects have independent configs but I was hoping to copy the configs within team managed projects.  But thanks for responding - will have to create a new config everytime.
