How do I change the way my initial tickets look when showing up in teams?

Hello everyone,

I am brand new to this, so I'm looking for a little bit of help and haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. When we receive the initial ticket, the email looks fine and the ticket looks fine on jira, however, this is what it looks like on teams. Any help would be really appreciated. Edit: I should also add, it only displays this way on ticket creation, all other messages in teams display normally.

{color:#172B4D} I am following up on my previous request. I was able to remotely access the computer from the office, but I have been unsuccessful in connecting from home. It is showing same error as below. {color:#172B4D}

Hi @Mike Robins

For teams, an automation or another plugin should send the message.

Reach out to your Admin so they can check why you get the team's notification unformatted.

Unfortunately the Admin doesn't know why it looks like that either.

Ask the admin to look at the notification or if the app used is the problem.

Maybe the app?
