How do I change the base URL

We have handed over all activities to a new company and wish to use the new company name in the base URL. It doesn't seem to be an option.

What's the best way forward?

Do we need to start a new subscription/tenant, and if so, can we transfer the projects to the new subscription/tenant.

 Hi Niels,

I didn't see you mention which version of Jira you're running, so I'll include the instructions for both the newest version of Server and Cloud:

• Jira Server - Configuring the Base URL
• Changing the Cloud Instance URL or Migrating to a New Cloud Instance

Please keep in mind if you're using Jira Cloud it's not possible to change your URL. The article above describes how you can migrate to a new instance in order to change your URL.

I did find out that I couldn't change the URL for our cloud service. But great with the guide on how to migrate. I'll try that one out :o)
