How do I add a rule to unassign a task after being to the review column

I would like to reassign a Jira task once it is moved to the review column. Also, what are the risks associated with such a rule? Will my team members work still be measured and they get credit for the task once the card is moved to "Done"

If this is a classic project you could add a Post Function to clear the field on the transition to the statuses associated with the Review column.

You certainly can use Automation For Jira to set the Assignee based on a Transition. 

Not sure what you mean by "get credit". Not sure how you are measuring that.
