How do I add a greek mu symbol in the requirements comments in JIRA (Reqts Plug In)?

I am trying to add the greek mu symbol in comments for one of the requirements that we have and I have no idea how.  Can anyone help?

Try alt codes - hold the alt key and type the corresponding number on the number pad.
