How do I Activate the View Workflow option in JIRA 4.4

I just upgraded to JIRA 4.4 but I am not able to see the option (View Workflow) as it is shown in the promotional video.

Is that a feature that the Admin needs to activate?

You need to edit the Permission Scheme for that project and give users/groups rights to the 'View Workflow' permission.

Thanks that is correct. Here is more information from Christina

There's a project permission for 'view read-only workflow'. Login as an administrator, and grant yourself that project permission, then check to see if you can see the workflow on an issue.
