Worklogs exist on single issues, the ones on sub-tasks do not belong to the parent issue, and there's no copy.

What the parent issues are doing are calculating estimate and worklog "sum of sub-tasks" when you have the "include sub-tasks" in their display, or look at the Σ fields.
