Hi we are a startup that is self funded at the moment, we have been using the free version of Jira, Confluence and JSM, however we have had to increase our users above the free threshold for a 3month period and then it will reduce but would happen again in the next 12months. I have looked at the Atlassian for start ups but we are not using Pitchbook or Crunchbase at the moment (cost reasons) and like I said we are self funded, and look to be revenue generating in 2025.
Is there any way we can get the Atlassian Startup program while we grow over the next year, as to go from 10 free users to having to pay for every user when we get to 11 users is a big cost for a start up. it we only paid for the additional on top of the 10 free that would be better, but that is not an option.
So can anyone advise how we can get on the start up program
Hi @trevor_belstead , welcome to the community.
If you have not already done, so please check out this site - https://www.atlassian.com/software/startups . It should walk you thru the process.
Thanks for you answer however as mentioned in my post we are self funded and not registered on Pitchbook or Crunchbase so do not have those details to provide. I would have expected that we can qualify as not all start ups go for VC funding

You might try reaching out to Atlassian support for more assistance. Select the billing option and that should get you to the right people.
