We are using Jira Cloud with Product Plan Premium and currently we are unable to reach the site.
We are getting white blank page.
Can you please let us know how we can raise the support request for it?

You can request support via https://support.atlassian.com. Use the big button at the bottom of the page there. You might have to login first before being able to do so.

Are you an Administrator (Jira Product or Organization) for your Jira instance? If not, you need to reach out to the administrators of your instance to have them open the support case. They can do that if they have sufficient access, and if you are using a paid version of the product, directly at this link:

We are a community of users of our own instances of the products. We are not Atlassian team members and have no access to your instance or the overall Atlassian Cloud infrastructure. So we cannot investigate this. You'll have to get in contact with Atlassian.
