How can my team view Jira Plans - Tab Missing

As a PM, I can create Plans and also view all plans in my company from this tab, drop down.

My staff needs to be able to view plans without have to search for the URL that was sent to them via email.

How can we enable this.

Thank youjira plans.png

Hello @Cyril James

Are you saying that the members of your staff don't see the Plan option in the menu bar?

Have the members of your staff been granted licensed user access to the Jira Software product? You many need to check with your Jira/Site Administrator to find out.

Advanced Roadmaps Plans is a feature of the Premium and Enterprise subscriptions of the Jira Software product. Your staff members will need to be licensed Jira Software users for the Plans option to show in their menu.

If they have the Plans menu, then they can click on the View All Plans option to see a list of all plans that they are able to see. From there they can select a plan to view.

Thank you.  Yes, my engineer does not have the Plans drop down.  He is a licensed Jira cloud user.

Hello Cyril,

Did you figure this out, or did the issue spontaneously resolve? It has me stumped.

If it is still an issue, I would suggest that you ask your Jira Administrator to contact Atlassian Support directly for guidance.

It would be great if you could report back here what the solution is.

Thank you Trudy.  I will report back when we find the cause.
