I want to create a space project-wise where i can save the projects related documents like information about project owner, stakeholders, Project requirements and flowcharts.

Confluence would be the perfect match for you. You can easily switch between Jira and Confluence, provide the necessary background of the project, linked Jira issues, even make use of templates for team retrospectives.
Documenting is best done in a good documenting program: Confluence!
