How can i create new labels for Kanban board ?

Hello,

We try to use Kanban Board and we need to add labels on it.

I have the option "add labels", but when i try to create a new label (or selected an already existing one), i have the following error displayed :

" Something's gone wrong

We couldn't update some of your issues. Try again"

I don't know how to use it, could you help me please ?

Thank you for your help

Jeanne

Hi @Jeanne ROBERT ,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

As I can see you are using a team managed project.

Cause :-

  • This is caused when the system-provided field 'Labels' is missing from the Issue type.

Solution :-

  • Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

In the project settings >> issue types >> click on the issue type to see add the label field >> from right side below suggestion field select the Labels and Drag and Drop in the Description field to the issue then belpw click on the save.
