How can archive auto approve on JIRA Service Desk server 3.4.1

We are urgently need to archive auto approve on JIRA Service Desk server, but saddly to find atlassian doc says it only applies on JIRA cloud.
Does any body has a workaround to archive the auto approve on your JIRA server?

I mean if the approver field value is empty, we can set a rule auto approve this issue and make issue keep going on. I finally solved my issue with automation rule and revise transitions on workflow.
