How can Jira filter issues based on the availability of weblinks within each issue?

Hi everyone.

I am currently trying to look at all issues within my Jira project and create a JQL query to output/return only issues that have a weblink within the Issue links section.

So unlike internal links like "depends on" or "resolved-by", I want to filter based on the availability of a "links to" linkage (links to external website).
