Hi,
When I log into Jira, I use my professional email address, which is also a Google account. After logging in, I cannot see a board that I have access to. I can see the top and left menus, but the data within the board are not being filled and the screen remains blank indefinitely.
I have tested logging in via Edge, but the problem remains.
A workaround has been to delete my Chrome profile and recreate it. Afterwards, the Jira board works for a while. However, after a few hours or days, it stops working again.
Deleting my Chrome profile every day is hardly an acceptable solution. I would like to try and uncouple my Google account from the Atlassian account and see what happens.
The problem is that I cannot uncouple those two accounts.
As a first step, I have tried to uncouple the Atlassian account from the Google account as described here. I chose "Delete all connections you have with Atlassian". This did not solve the problem.
As a second step, I followed this Atlassian support page. This did not solve the problem either.
At login, when I fill in my professional email address and click "Continue", there is still a pop-up that says "You logged in with your Google account before". The only option presented to me is to click the "Continue with Google" button.
So, obviously, my Google and Atlassian accounts still "recognize" each other. How can I fully disconnect my Google Account from my Atlassian Account?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Nick
Can you try create a password for your Atlassian account, as it may not have one since it's linked to your Google account. To do this, navigate to your Atlassian account settings.
Finally, return to your Atlassian account settings and locate the option to manage third-party accounts. Select the option to unlink your Google account, effectively breaking the connection between the two accounts

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
