I'm working on setting up mail handlers for Jira OnDemand, but they aren't working as expected. Is there a way to see log files or troubleshoot these problems in anyway as an OnDemand customer?
Unfortunately there's no way to check the logs from an OnDemand instance. For this case you will need to create a support ticket in the "OnDemand" (JST) project. The guys over there can check the logs looking for errors and reply for you about what is happening with JIRA.
