How can I see which of my projects are active in Jira Cloud?

Pierce Gleeson February 13, 2025

I have many projects in my Jira instance, and I need to see which ones are actively being used. Is there a quick way to see which projects are actively being updated, e.g. the last time an issue was created in that project?

Hello @Pierce Gleeson

A Jira Administrator can see that information by clicking on the gear icon next to their avatar and selecting Projects.

The URL to access the menu mentioned is :

https://<Jira_Cloud_URL>/jira/settings/projects/

Mine look something like this.
