How can I prioritize based on ranking of linked epics in another project

I'm trying to configure epic priorities in a manner not typical of JIRA. I have issues (we can call them super epics) in "T&P Product Intake" which follow a certain priority. I have another project "JSR" which links to "T&P Product Intake". I need the "JSR" issues which are depended by the super epics in "T&P Product Intake" to be ordered based on the order of which the associated super epics are listed in "T&P product intake ".

so the order of the epics in T&P Product Intake = year asc, quarter asc, priority asc. These fields pertain to the T&P Product Intake project only, not JSR.
