I am looking for ways to integrate Jira Service Management with my e-commerce platform to provider better customer support for my tool store (More Information). what are the best practices, and are there any existing plugins or integrations available?

Jira has a REST API so integration will be possible without any plugins.
Some work will be required on the server that hosts the site.
Rational being for whatever reason the Jira portal should not be exposed to the public
[browser] -> [app server] -> [Jira]
The client creates a support request on husky tools and submits the form to the server.
The server creates a service request in Jira
The portal can be exposed to the public or customers must register on the portal.
When a customer clicks a link on husky tools they are redirected to a customer portal
Option 2 is a better solution I only mention option 1 as an alternative in the event you cannot expose Jira to the public.
With both of the above no plugins are required
