Hi,
One of our users would like to show up a screenshot in a dashboard. I read a lot, you can do this via the richtext gadget. But in fact this doesn´t work. It doesn´t matter, if I insert the image directly in the gadget or put it to a JIRA ticket or Confluence page. Does anybody of you have a workaround for me?
Kind regards,
Martina
@Martina Guth I think this App might work for you: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/627659/custom-content-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
You need an app in order to do that, like Rich Text Gadget for Jira which is free and allows you to include images in the gadget.
if your plan is Enterprise then this feature is available in Atlassian Analytics
Hope this helps

@Martina Guth But the app says
Rich Text Gadget is as simple as it gets! For Jira dashboards, it currently supports:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Hi @Martina Guth ,
for my knowledge you can't do that using builtin features. There is an app for this purpose https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214632/rich-text-gadget-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Hope this helps,
Fabio
