How can I have dashboard graphs show calendar date instead of week #?

I inherited a dashboard with numerous graphs and they all show data by week # (of course unless its a monthly graph).  How can I have it show actual calendar date instead?

Conceptually its related but I don't see a resolution. But yes, I want my graphs to show calendar date not "week XX"
