How can I get the Administration/System access in my projects?

Jorge_Alberto_Sanchez_Perez February 26, 2020

For these two projects, the people listed need (me included) we need the ability to import from CSV issues, this mean we need to access inside the JIRA Administration menu, not only the "Projects" option, but the "System" option.

can you please help us:

People:

- Perez Aquino, Karla Lizeth

- Salazar Gatica, Agustin

- Sanchez Perez, Jorge A

@Jorge_Alberto_Sanchez_Perez

This is a global permissions change that you'll need a current Jira Admin to perform.  There are 2 levels of permission you could ask for: Jira Administrator or System Administrator.  Here's an overview of global permissions:

@Tony Rossiter I think a System administration role is the one we need, this will allow the leaders to add Epics ans Stories in bulk from CSV.

How can we ask for those permissions?

Actually, it looks like what we need is to create a group of System Administrators that can use the Jira administration option "System" in order to do what we need to do.

Can you help us?

this is the list of people to have this priviledge:

- Perez Aquino, Karla Lizeth

- Salazar Gatica, Agustin

- Sanchez Perez, Jorge A

- Castillo Beristain, Jose Eduardo

- Calleros Gonzalez, Edith

- Pareja Esteban, Jose
