How and where can I see the details of my account for being SSO enabled? I have inherited this account and still getting my head around understanding some basic functions

There is a simple test that you can make to check if your account has SSO enabled. If you go to https://id.atlassian.com or even your Cloud site and add your email address and click on Continue if it shows the option to add the password, it means that your account isn’t associated with an identity provider.
Otherwise, you would be redirected to the identity provider login page.
