How can I disable email options?

I need to disable the user options for "Send mail with me as sender" and "Reply to me" that show up in the Jira Email options. If they cannot be disabled separately, then removing the "Enail Options" button when using the Email This Issue feature would be an acceptable alternate.

Can anyone tell me if either, or both, of these is possible in Jira?

Within the JETI plugin configuration make the changes you wish in the configuration tab (section emails). If still needed, activate the checkbox "Disable User options" at the bottom of the page (section other settings). We have JETI version 5.2.8.

Hello Boyd,

You should check the plugin modules that provide this function, and disable them at: Administration >> Add-ons >> Manage Add-ons >> Search for the Mail this issue plugin >> expand the modules section.

Or disable the plugin itself.
