I had a case with 100 steps, now I cloned the case and want 50 test steps in eacch.

If you have the needed permissions you could do a bulk delete. For details see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Modifying+Multiple+%28Bulk%29+Issues

Will this work for Zephyr test cases.

If I remember it correct a zephyr test case is an issue type, so the answer is yes

Hi I have the same question and I have BUlk Operation functionality but in any part shows the option to delete steps. I select the issue, then 'Edit fields' and doesnt show any option related to Delete the steps. If you can help would be awesome.

You can't do a bulk operation from selecting an issue. You need to use the issue Navigator. Please see the link I provided earlier.
