How can I create requirement traceability matrix including traceability to Zephyr test cases

Hello, I need to create an RTM report that shows traceability for the following hierarchy:

Requirement->Story->Zephyr Test Case->Test Result->Bug(if any)

Zephyr only seems to generate reports that have two levels of hierarchy - e.g., Story->Test Case. It won't let me export these reports to excel either. 

Would appreciate advice from the experts on resolving this issue. Thanks!
