How Jira calculate Time in status on Control Chart
Hi everyone,
I'm trying this add-on (Actionable Agile) and I notice a big difference between Jira Control Chart and it.
For exemple, a issue in that Add-on shows me 287 days (That's it, 287 days) in the Backlog status, but in the Control Chart, shows me only 1 minute.
I think that something is wrong, but I dont know what.
The correct information is 287 days.
Someone knows how Jira define the "Time in status" on the Control Chart?
