Hi,
After I configured Azre AD and Atlassian Cloud, and automaticliy provisioning.
The new user was auto added to Cloud, but cannot login.
[error_description=Invalid+issuer+for+SAML+user] was occured.
https://id.atlassian.com/login/callback?error=access_denied&error_description=Invalid+issuer+for+SAML+user
What's the reason?
And When I tested from Azure, SAML SSO has been successful. The status of the SamlResponse is success like this.
@Joe Alonge
I resoved it. Because, I reversed the two values...
Correct is like this format.
Identity provider Entity ID:
https://sts.windows.net/<tenantId of AzureAd>/
Identity provider SSO URL:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/<tenantId of AzureAd>/saml2
I am having this exact same issue. I have not figured out what is going on. Have you found any resolution?
