I have tried to hit the create issue button multiple times on different screens and every time it is crashing the screen. I look in the console and I see a litany of 404, 409, and 429 error responses -- not really sure if any of them are the culprit here. I'm getting stuck on the attached popup.
This is a brand new instance and I have done next to no customization for the site. Not sure why I'm unable to create an issue.
Any ideas?

There are currently some active incidents happening with some Cloud products so this may be causing the issue you are seeing.

Ok. The last time I did this, it appears there's a loading icon on the Project field. But it doesn't ever seem to resolve... any idea what this might be?
