Hightlight security level based on rules?

We have a number of customers and each has their own security level. Also we have a staff-only security level and soon will stop using null security but instead use a security level for all-customers.

I'm asked to enhance Jira to highlight the security level field, color it yellow for staff-only and red for all-customers. Found a couple of plugins for Cloud but none for Data Center.

Any advice? Thanks!

PS: We would be open to a Scriptrunner or other fancy solution if possible but I would need someone to hold my hand :-)

I find that apps like these are straight forward since it's mapping colors based on the field value.

From the marketplace, you can find their associate documentation and instructions.
