Hide clone/move/link activities from Activity/history tab in JIRA?

I'm wondering if there is a way to hide the clone/move/link activities from a certain users. We currently have a production project for client visibility, and we would like to link internal tickets (that is only visible by internal teams) to the production ticket, while the client cannot click on those internal tickets, it is however,, log into the activity/history tab. So i was wondering if there is a way to hide those activites from our client or if there is a workaround.

Activity Stream looks at the entire change history of the issue and there are no options to filter it now. Your best bet might be to filter it in the individual places like Browse Project, View Issue and Gadgets.
