Hi, I would like to create a chart (bar graph) in confluence using story points in my jira project?
Is there a way that the chart automatically pick values from jira issues.
I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but maybe this will help:

You can use the Jira Chart macro to pull data from Jira and display it in a chart, but since that can be pretty limiting (pie chart, created vs. resolved, and data tables) you could also look into displaying Jira gadgets in Confluence:

This is nice if you already have a dashboard in Jira and you just want to move some of the gadgets to Confluence. If none of that works, you may be able to start with the data table from the first chart macro as a source for the Confluence Chart macro, but I haven't tried that myself yet.

You can combine Jira Issues macro with Pivot Table and Chart from Table macros (Table Filter and Charts app) to create a chart based on story points. Here is a video how to combine those macros.
