HelpScout Integration

Good afternoon,

    My company is starting to integrate the HelpScout support software with our Jira Cloud Instance. I have been reading about the integration but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone else has successfully completed this integration? 

    I ask because I was wondering how the back and forth between Jira Cloud and helpscout works.
