Today I can't login to Jira with my Microsoft account anymore. I'm using Edge 133.
I get this message:
It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.
I tried to logout and the in again, but the message is the same.
I noted that this does not happen if I use an anonymous browser.
I tried deleting atlassian's cookies, but no luck.
Please help
Hello @Dario ,
Welcome to the Community,
This issue seems to be related to cached session data or cookies in Edge. Since logging in works in an anonymous browser, try clearing all cookies and cache for Atlassian in Edge, not just individual ones. Also, check if any browser extensions (like ad blockers) are interfering and disable them temporarily. If the issue persists, try resetting Edge settings or logging in from another browser to confirm if it’s specific to Edge 133.
How can I selectively clear cookies and cache for Atlassian? I found two cookies and removed it.
I also tried disabling my AdBlocking extension.

Maybe, then it's worth raising a ticket for Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
