I would like your help in setting up a standard work flow on our jira board, and clockwork, for which the user wants to use the ticket fields based on the SDT team. Also, the user have an automatic time log on our tasks, could you help with their removal?

Does your board already exist?
What do you mean exactly by "a standard work flow"? The term "workflow" in Jira refers to the Status that can be assigned to an issue and the paths that the issue can take to change from one status to another.
What is "clockwork" and what does that have to do with your workflow?
What is "the SDT team"? Is that another group that has their own project in your Jira instance?
