We have Jira and qTest installed on in our AWS VPC.  I can ping each server from the other.  Setting up the connection in qTest I get 'Connected to server successfully.' When I try to set up options in the connection I get a 404

I see in the Jira Logs messages :

2018-05-01 19:45:58,733 http-nio-8080-exec-85 anonymous 1185x79330x1 - 172.25.6.91 /rest/qtest/1/integrationsettings/17/instance HttpSession created [1tqo2x8]

In qTest logs I see two 200 responses followed by a 404.

Is this a permissions issue in Jira?  The account in qTest connecting to Jira is a Jira admin.
