Hello,
I just solved it, last week I added a post function while creating the ticket, to change the Sprint of all tickets created. I'm not sure why (may be didn't find the sprint), it didn't create the ticket.
I just removed the post function and worked.
Did anyone find the solution?
I'm having the same problem and other people in my team as well.
The permission to create tickets are any logged user, so I think it's not permission.
Thanks

Hi @Nour , welcome to the community.
What type of error are you receiving? Generally the most common problem is associated with permissions. are you able to browse and edit issues in the project? If this is a CMP project and you are an admin can you go into project setting and view permissions. If TMP project go into project sett and view your role.

Thank you for your reply, Jack
Below is the error message we've been receiving. As I mentioned, it's not just me, it's basically the entire team having sudden issues with this project in particular but not with any of the other projects. No changes were made to permissions. It was rather more of a sudden issue that happened later in the morning. It's quite peculiar for sure

thanks @Nour . Can you try a different browser just to rule it out, though I don't expect it will work. If it persists please contact Atlassian support. There isn't any current issue reported here https://status.atlassian.com/ .

Hey @Jack Brickey
Unfortunately that didn't seem to resolve the issue. Tried a couple of different browsers but that didn't reflect any different results. I have raised a ticket with Atlassian in hopes that this would be resolved ASAP.
Once again, thank you so much for your help and advice, and hope you have a lovely day!
Nour
