My project is currently using JIRA which is mandated by our client, however, the requirements team needs something more on the lines of a true requirements tool. I understand there is a Caliber Plugin for JIRA and seems to utilize a Borland Connect to achieve this. Any help on integrating Caliber with JIRA and past and current experiences will be great.
