For our company we claimed the domain recently for using Cloud subscriptions.
Up to now it was not officially allowed to use Cloud offerings per corporate guideline but we noticed that there are already some (Jira, Confluence, Trello - mostly free plans).
We thought by claiming the domain we can see the plans which the colleagues subscribed to in a nice overview.
In fact we found non. All accounts are now managed but it turned out some of them just created an Atlassian Account while they do not know the reason anymore.
What we are specifically looking for are all users under our domain "@example.org" that created a subscription with Atlassian (= they created a subscription for a project).
Thanks for any idea!
Best regards,
Birgit
Hey Birgit,
It's simplest to get Atlassian support to do a summary for you and then guide on ways to manage this - pop in a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and one of them will be in touch with a summary of users vs products under your managed domain.
