Guide to creating and combining calendars

I'm looking for a calendar solution here from start to finish with a new install if the complete Jira suite. I want a corporate calendar that has holidays, personal calendars that have everyone's meetings and time off (one for each user), and the project calendars, all overlaid. I would like to add this view of all the overlaid calendars to a dashboard. Anyone have a youtube video, guide, or solution?
