Greenshot multiple Screenshots do not work

Every time I try to make multiple screenshots, either from a game either from windows , only one screenshot per 7 seconds can be captured. This never happened with Microsoft cloud.

Can you tell me which settings I must set in order to make the Greenshot application faster in order to capture screenshots every 0,3 seconds or even 1 second ?

My PC can support a fast conversion rate

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

You may get a better answer if you contact Greenshot, they are using Atlassian Jira so I guess that is why you ended up on Atlassian Community. According to their Jira instance you have to go here to register in order to submit a question to them.

This is expected behavior, you are trying to access their Jira instance using the Atlassian account you are using to get access to the Community. You would either have to clear your cache, use an incognito window, or a different browser in order to be able to register an account for their Jira instance.

Dear Sir sadly still nothing I tried all of your steps, I even used vpn and incognito window. I use firefox, is this the problem?

It could be Firefox. Been awhile since I used it but it should respect the incognito window and not reuse the cookie used to store your Atlassian credentials. What if you log out from Atlassian Community, then clear your cache, and then go to Greenshot's sign up page? You should see this:

If you do, then make sure you select Sign up for an account, that will allow you to sign up for a Greenshot account.
