I am interested in showing a gadget with a product down time graph for the last 90 days. I have written a query to grab all severity one tickets but when I try to use a report or graph it only lets me use data on a day basis for this time period, so tickets that are only open 30 mins are not showing up. Anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks.
