Hello, I'm trying to create a graph showing total # tickets in an unresolved status by week. I figured out how to use the "was-during" option for a specific day but I need this data weekly to show trends over time. Ideally a dataplane showing the results weekly over several months. Is that possible? thx
Frank. Take a look at the Dataplane Issue Values by Date Report.
I hope this gives you what you are looking for. I no longer have Dataplane available (moved to cloud) so can't attach a sample.
Thank you. This worked but the mistake I made was not excluding certain statuses.

hi @Douglas.Swartz - where can I find "Issue Values by Date Report". Is that a standard report. Is Dataplane an add-on? Is there anything Out of the box that comes with JIRA?
