Hello!
I'm working in Jira within the Timeline view. I have a desire to see both tasks AND subtasks on this view to better manage my teams workload, and to see the impact each subtask has within a task. Currently there is a "toggle" drop down feature for "Projects" to show all of the tasks within the project. Is there a way to show a "toggle" drop down option on the "tasks" to show all applicable "subtasks" associated with that task? I have start and end dates for all tasks and subtasks, subtasks are enabled, and I have sprints associated with each task.
Thank you for your help!
Hello @Sean Campbell
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
At this time it is not possible to display the subtasks in the basic Timeline.
There is currently an open suggestion to add display of subtasks to the basic Timeline functionality.

The alternatives are to upgrade to the Premium subscription and use advanced Plans, or to consider a third party app.
Hi Trudy,
Thank you for your response.
I will look into the third party apps - thanks again!
