Gadget titles appearing as __MSG_gadget

Hi Team,

After Load Balancers and SSL implementation in JIRA, the gadget titles have started appearing as (_MSG_gadget.average.age.title__) instead of 'Average Age Chart'. Similarly, for other gadgets as well.

Please help.

This can be caused by a number of things, but the usual one is that the JIRA server cannot route to itself because of a missing SSL key or network setup.   I'm guessing that as you're using SSL and Load balancing, it's one of those.

As an aside, the load balancing is just there because you want things behind a load balancer?  You have not tried to cluster and load balance JIRA at all?  (Because that will break it in interesting ways in most cases, damaging your data, not just cosmetic display issues)

Load Balancer has been implemented in JIRA and after its implementation, gadgets issue has started up.

Any help what can be done in this issue?

"Load Balancer has been implemented in JIRA" tells us nothing about what the setup is.  Have you tried to cluster and/or load-balance it?

That link has a number of possible causes in it, but the most likely one is going to be that your load balancing configuration means it's doing the wrong thing.
